Call for Applications To Join The FP2030 Governing Board.

Join the team to create a future where women and girls everywhere have the freedom and ability to lead healthy lives, make their own informed decisions about using contraception and having children, and participate as equals in society and its development.

Application deadline: 10th September, 2021

The FP2030 partnership is in the process of transitioning to a redesigned organizational structure to enable it to deliver on its vision for 2030, including redefining its mandate, governance and geographic structures.

A Governing Board is now being created to oversee the future work of the partnership. The skills-based Board will be comprised of members drawn from the various FP2030 stakeholder groups – donors, commitment-making countries, multilateral organizations, NGOs, youth organizations/youth leaders and other relevant sectors. Members will come from across the globe, bringing country level and global experience, from the worlds of SRHR, health, international development, the political sphere and regional and global institutions.

We are now embarking upon a search for up to six persons from civil society, non-government organisations and youth organizations and up to three persons from the academic and private sectors.

FP2030 is seeking to appoint a skills-based board, with a focus on diversity, particularly in terms of gender, age, geography, sexual orientation and background, including young people under the age of 30.

We encourage applications from across the globe. If you are passionate about FP2030’s governance and mission, have the time to commit to this role, and are interested in becoming a member of FP2030’s diverse, skills-based Board, we would welcome your interest and application.
